I can’t install new update 12.3.3

Disable your anti virus software temporarily then update iTunes.

Try repairing Apple Software Update from the Programs and Features control panel, then uninstall it, then reinstall iTunes.

opened Programs and Features in control panel (click on Publisher to order by Apple)

right-click on Apple Software Update => Repair

then right-click again on Apple Software Update => uninstall

close Control Panel

then executed the newly downloaded iTunes update.
