Why does my iPad keep saying I can't update software because "I am no longer connected to the Internet"?

    There is an issue with the iOS 9.3 update that Apple is aware of.

     

    Wait to update your software on your iPad until Apple releases a bug fix.

     

     

    If necessary, you may be able to re connect your iPad to your Wi-Fi network.

     

    Force restart your iPad.

     

    Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

     

    If it still won't connect to your Wi-Fi, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings

     

    You will have to enter your Wi-Fi password.
