Q: Asks old mail activation after ios 9.3

Hi,

I live in romania. I had a following problem.

I am from Turkmenistan.

I have a problem after updating my ios to ios 9.3. It asks me first mail that used to setup my iPhone.I bought my IPhone from reseller from Turkmenistan. when I bought my iPhone I did not know how to setup my iPhone. so The reseller set upped my iPhone to his own mail after that he deleted his own mail from my iPhone. Then I registered new icloud and set upped it. SO why it asks the mail that is used to set up iPhone instead my mail. He had deleted it my IPhone. in my Icloud there is details about my IPhone. Briefly I have proof on my iCloud that IPhone belongs to me. I called apple service but they said to contact my reseller. I don't have any chance to contact my reseller because I moved to Romania to study. I don't have enough money to buy new phone. I need to active my iPhone please help!!!

Apple has pulled the iOS 9.3 update for some devices (iPad Airs and before, iPhone 5s and before) due to problems with activation. You will not be able to complete the update until a fix is issued. I recommend waiting a while (days ?) before trying again.

    See this article for details.

A new build for the iPad 2 is now available that does not require the activation step. A new build for the other devices is not yet available. Once a new one for the 5s is out hopefully it will resolve your issue. Hang in there.
