Q: Moving my Apple ID

Dear Apple,

Hi! I love Apple! I love every Tech of it! I was wondering if there is a way to transfer all of my Itunes data and login into to another email address? I am planning on closing my hotmail account. I would like to switch from  “********hotmail.com" to “********comcast.net" my personal email. The only thing is, it tells me I cannot use it, because it is my backup/register email, which is strange. Is there a way to switch the email to be combined as 1 email address?

Please let me know. I would like to use the Comcast and no longer the Hotmail one.
