No, the only things it can effect relating to is: Messages: If you send many photos or save messages, it can eat up some memory.
Internet: Not deleting history, but doesnt take up to much.
so u mean even if i send some photos in messenger it affects my memory? because my phone nofity my that my memory is almost full thats y i delete some apps and when i use again an internet my memory again is eating..even though I didn't download or upate some apps..
Yes - sending and receiving photos in messages that are stored on the phone consumes your hard disk space
Go to Settings>General>Storage & iCloud Usage>Storage>Manage Storage and see what is taking up all the space on your phone.
How about watching videos? Because i think is too much.. I almost delete my apps.. i only have 65 songs 3 videos at least 2mins each and a 311 photos for my 16gb.. I only have 338 mb..

Also you can connect your iPhone to iTunes and then in the summary area - look at the colored bar and see what is taking up space on the phone
