Unable to access the link on internet or e-mail pages

Since I updated my iPhone OS to 9.3 yesterday, I am experiencing problem with both, the internet and the e-mail pages where the phone is not responding when click on the link on the pages. The situation is even worst with the page on an e-mail not only it is not responding but it also caused the phone to hang. Anybody experiencing the same problem?
