Mar 28, 2016 8:41 PM in response to Allen Aby Miles288,I'm not sure that's it. The circle / arrow download symbol at the top right just spins and the progress sits at 0kb of 7mg. Ive restarted iTunes and tried to download again and same results. I've restarted the computer and checked for updates. no change. I've even simultaneously downloaded a movie rental which worked fine but the song sits at 0. So it's not the connectivity. Any other options?
