Q: Download icloud backups

Is there any way to backup my icloud backups to my computer since they refuse to restore to my phone, I am just looking for a way to buy more time to figure it out.

iPhone 5c, Windows 7, crystal failure, clock frozen

No. Let's work on your issue where you can't restore from the backup instead. You'd need to describe the problem more first.

I finally got it to work, had to enable QOS on my router and keep touching the screen to keep the phone from going dark and it worked.
