iTunes prompts to Erase and Sync

Recently my HDD died, so I have to reinstall my Windows and all programs including iTunes.

When I connect my iPhone 6, trying to sync my apps etc on my phone to iTunes, I get the following message:

If I click Erase and Sync, will I lost all the apps, contacts, etc. on my phone?

I'm hesitated.
