Q: How come with the new iOS 9.3 I cannot send a video via iMessage?

I have an iPhone 6 Plus with the new iOS 9.3 installed a couple of hours ago. I'm having problems with sending video via iMessage. I tried both directly through iMessage by tapping on the    (camera icon) to the left of the body of the text, this in turn, I select which video to send and somehow it's not visible within the body of the conversation in iMessage.

I then tried to send a video through the iPhotos app on my iPhone 6 Plus. I then tap the "select" feature in the upper right hand corner, I then select my video, and the after entering the contact data in the address bar, there is no "Send" button to tap.

iPhoto or Photos?   iPhoto is not compatible with iOS 8 or newer. Did you try to share from the Photos.app?

There are complications with the iOS 9.3 update. Apple is aware of them and will hopefully soon release a bug fix.

1 - no one here can fix anything - this is a user to user support forum and everyone here is just like you

2 - since you have exactly the same problem then obviously exactly the same questions need to be answered in order for anyone here to assist

3 - IOS 9.3.1 has been released so the first step is to upgrade to it

Reset your network settings. I was having the same issue and it worked for me.
