I see that your iPhone 6s is defaulting to using cellular data instead of available Wi-Fi networks, and you have to turn off cellular data to connect to Wi-Fi. It's hard to say why this is so, and there are several troubleshooting steps I'd recommend to narrow down the cause.
I recommend starting by troubleshooting your Wi-Fi network using the steps in If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network.
Also, you may want to Check for a Carrier Settings Update which is mentioned in If you can't connect to a cellular network or cellular data.
