Q: My iPod Touch had a previous owner but he cannot remember the e-mail address or password for the iCloud account?

So this iPod touch was given to me by the previous owner who has an iCloud account on it, and it keeps prompting me to enter the password for the email address, for an account which he no longer knows the password to, so I cannot log in.

I can't restore the iPod on iTunes without switching off the Find iPhone feature installed on it because it requires the password for the iCloud account.
