From the support page:
"Mac or PC
Open iTunes and go to the Movies section in your iTunes library. Double-click your movie. If there's no Internet connection, the Extras menu will be skipped. The movie will immediately play if you already downloaded it."

It still doesn't tell me how to play the Extras, just situations in which they won't play. I have an internet connection, and I'm streaming the HD version of the film. How do I play the extras? And far out Apple how is it possible to make this so hard?
