Any Web pages could not have been opened via safari after IOS 9.3 uploaded

I am using iPhone 6S and after the installation of IOS 9.3 I could not open any web pages via safari. My device IMEI#: 355695070331705.

Please apply heathheck for my iPhone 6S.
