Can't upgrade to iOS 9.3
I recently downloaded iOS 9.3 on my iPad 3, but every time I try to install, it says that I lost internet connection but I didn't.
Someone who can help me out?

Apple has temporarily removed the iOS 9.3 update for older devices to deal with some issues it was creating. Best to wait a few days for them to rectify the issues.
