Safari after IOs 9.3
After installed the 9.3 version on my IPhone 6S, safari doesn't open any other window. It locks even if there is a shortcut in Whatsup and it doesn't redirect to the app. How can I fix it?

Unfortunately this is a known issue with 9.3. This article summarizes some of the problems. Disabling Javascript in Safari helps but this sacrifices functionality on the web browser.
