After the update, links in mail do not open safari. Links in web search pages do not work. Safari and mail hang and crash. Factory rest did not resolve. Apple support say they are aware and are working on it.
Not what I expect from a new release. You would think there has been testing. Obviously not enough. So I have to wait for 9.3.1??
ROlled back to 9.2.1 but backup requires 9.3 to restore.

The 9.3 update is temporarily on hold - so please stick with 9.2.1 for the moment
