Q: IPAD 2
I have done everything Apple said about IPAD 2 (9.3)update, contacted Apple Support to phone calls to Apple to upload and recovery. There was nothing wrong with my IPAD 2 before your IOS 9.3, in fact I didn't know the update was BRAND NEW. I am not one to jump on " I need to update" It is a week later now my IPAD 2 is DEAD as in can not use. I followed the update and restore advice from your support center. NOW I want compensation to purchase a IPAD 2 AIR or send me one OR FIX MY IPAD FREE !!!! STEVE JOBS would fix this problem! This is how Apple customers are treated after the Steve Jobs Era??????? Enough is enough , it's Election time and I'm sure those who want in office would fight the fight on this matter. We are people who use these IPADS for business, work, emails, family chatting, chatting over seas with our loved ones who are protecting our country, physically challenged....... we make connections but when we need Apple to make it right................... What is your Answer MR CEO of APPLE??????
