I signal "no service", I have to put into airplane mode and trying several times, you can connect or I strarre sim card and reinsert.
I had no such problems with 9.2.1.
can i downgrad ?.how?

SInce I upgraded my wife's work iPad 2 with the latest iOS 9.3 all it does is freeze up and the touch screen is not responsive most of the time, can anyone please help?
