Q: IPad2 locked up after 9.3 update

What do you mean by "locked up?" Was the update successful? Does the device turn on? What is the error message you're getting?

"Activation Locked" stiil appear after Update 9.3

I also have problems with my Ipad 2 after last update, I can not connect the GSM network (SIM card).

I signal "no service", I have to put into airplane mode and trying several times, you can connect or I strarre sim card and reinsert.

I had no such problems with 9.2.1.

SInce I upgraded my wife's work iPad 2 with the latest iOS 9.3 all it does is freeze up and the touch screen is not responsive most of the time, can anyone please help?
