Hi can someone please help me. I was given an iphone for my birthday and it recently did a software update and now I can not access the phone as it keeps asking me for the previous owners log in details.
I have no way of contacting the previous owner to ask them what the log in is that they have used or even to ask them to remove the phone from their iphone account.
Anything that can me get access to my phone please

If you cannot contact the prior owner to have them unlock the phone from their Apple ID and password, the phone is useless to you. If possible, return it for a refund then purchase a phone you can use.
Hello. I have an iPhone 5s running iOS 8.3 For a few days now i have had no signal on my phone, it just says "searching"... Even without a SIM card still says "searching" so please what to do ???
You contact your carrier and see if you need a new SIM card.
