I see that you're hearing a noise from your iPhone and you don't have an Apple Retail Store nearby for service. I suggest using the link below to find an Apple Authorized Service Provider and take it in for a service appointment.
Bring it in
To get help in person, bring your iPhone to an Apple Authorized Service Provider or make an Apple Store appointment online. Make sure you know your Apple ID and password before your appointment.
You can also request repair service directly from most US carriers. If you're an AT&T or Virgin Mobile customer, request your repairs from Apple.

Make an Apple Store appointment
Contact your carrier
Back up your iPhone and get ready for serviceTake care.

I will try to follow theese steps ASAP, but i really wanna know do other people that own an iPhone 6s have this similar issue
