Iphone strange buzzing (camera area)

Hi i have a IPhone 6s,last night i hear a buzzing noise on my back phone almost on the back camera area,I have to stick the phone on ear to hear that noise when i use touch screen the noise can be heard better , even when i increase or decreas display brighteness theres a sound like somethings buzzin Im really really concerned can anyone tell me if its all ok cause i dont have a (Apple Store) near where i live or if u have the same problem please tell me. Thank you guys

I see that you're hearing a noise from your iPhone and you don't have an Apple Retail Store nearby for service. I suggest using the link below to find an Apple Authorized Service Provider and take it in for a service appointment.

Bring it in

To get help in person, bring your iPhone to an Apple Authorized Service Provider or make an Apple Store appointment online. Make sure you know your Apple ID and password before your appointment.

You can also request repair service directly from most US carriers. If you're an AT&T or Virgin Mobile customer, request your repairs from Apple.

Make an Apple Store appointment
Contact your carrier
Back up your iPhone and get ready for service

Thank you so much for taking time to answer my question.

I will try to follow theese steps ASAP, but i really wanna know do other people that own an iPhone 6s have this similar issue
