Greetings, Installation of iOS 9.3 to my iPhone 4s (Model MD234X/A with iOS 9.2.1(13D15)) fails during verification with the message "...iOS 9.3 failed verification because you are no longer connected to the Internet" even though the phone is connected. as I can browse with Safari ok. I have tried 'Retry' several times, waited several hours then 'Retry', and turned phone off then on again then 'Retry', all with the same problem! Please help?

I see you're getting an installation error when installing iOS 9.3 OTA. I suggest that you try following the steps below to download the latest version of the update:

If you downloaded iOS 9.3 but you can't install it, you’ll need to download the update again. First, remove the update from your device:

Go to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage. Under Storage, tap Manage Storage.

Find iOS 9.3 in the list of apps.

Tap iOS 9.3, then tap Delete Update.

Now you can go to Settings > General > Software Update and download the latest iOS update.

If you can‘t update to iOS 9.3 on your iPhone 5s or earlier, iPad Air or earlier, or iPod touch
