Q: Ipad upgrade issues

Every time I try to install the upgrade to IOS  9.3, I get a message stating that I am not connected to the internet.  I have no doubt that I am connected!!  Getting frustrated!!  Help!!

    Hello mscane2u,

    If you have been unable to update to iOS 9.3 on your iPad (3rd gen), take a look at the resource below:

    If you can‘t update to iOS 9.3 on your iPhone 5s or earlier, iPad Air or earlier, or iPod touch

    If you see this error message when you try to update your device to iOS 9.3, "iOS 9.3 failed verification because you are no longer connected to the Internet," this article can help.

    If you downloaded iOS 9.3 but you can't install it, you’ll need to download the update again. First, remove the update from your device:

    1. Go to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage. Under Storage, tap Manage Storage.
    2. Find iOS 9.3 in the list of apps.
    3. Tap iOS 9.3, then tap Delete Update.

    Now you can go to Settings > General > Software Update and download the latest iOS update.
