    Hello Wjchagen,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

I see you're unable to install iOS 9.3 due to an error saying "iOS 9.3 failed verification because you are no longer connected to the Internet."  Please follow the steps below to download the update again and install iOS 9.3.

If you downloaded iOS 9.3 but you can't install it, you’ll need to download the update again. First, remove the update from your device:

    1. Go to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage. Under Storage, tap Manage Storage.
    2. Find iOS 9.3 in the list of apps.
    3. Tap iOS 9.3, then tap Delete Update.

Now you can go to Settings > General > Software Update and download the latest iOS update.

If you can‘t update to iOS 9.3 on your iPhone 5s or earlier, iPad Air or earlier, or iPod touch

    Take care.
