Progress / purchase made lost in NFS No limits game

I have lost my progress in one of in-app purchase game - NFS no limits and have spent some money on purchases .. now i have lost all the data due to some problem with their server .. even the ticket i have raised with NFS is of no use as they are not even responding .. need help from apple in taking this up with them and helping me with the solution.
