It sounds like you're having issues with not being able to update your iPhone 5s to the latest version of iOS 9. The following Knowledge Base article provides some great recommendations for troubleshooting:
If you can‘t update to iOS 9.3 on your iPhone 5s or earlier, iPad Air or earlier, or iPod touch
If you see this error message when you try to update your device to iOS 9.3, "iOS 9.3 failed verification because you are no longer connected to the Internet," this article can help.
If you downloaded iOS 9.3 but you can't install it, you’ll need to download the update again. First, remove the update from your device:
- Go to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage. Under Storage, tap Manage Storage.
- Find iOS 9.3 in the list of apps.
- Tap iOS 9.3, then tap Delete Update.
Now you can go to Settings > General > Software Update and download the latest iOS update.

Mar 29, 2016 12:17 PM in response to Willi47by DerSiedler,Hallo Willi,
