IOS9.3

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please be advised of the following problem.

IOS 9.3 won't download when it is verifying, it says it cannot continue as it is no connected to the internet which of course it has.

Connecting the device to iTunes however indicates there is no update available and that the 9.2.1 version is correct.

Lots of users report similar issue on older devices.
