Q: I can't be diverted to other web site via Safari or even I tried yahoo, I'm not sure if there have bugs after updating IOS 9.3 caused that problmes?

I'm using iPhone 6 and just updated IOS 9.3, but I found that I can not be diverted to the target website via Safari or even in yahoo.
