I understand that you are having an issues with connecting to the internet on your iPad. Let's see if we can get this sorted out.
I would start with taking a look at the article below. They will have some similar troubleshooting like resetting the network settings to see if that clears things up. If you are on Wi-Fi, try restarting your router. If your iPad has cellular and that is where the issue lies, then you can try to reseat your SIM card to see if that resolves it.

Mar 29, 2016 9:46 AM in response to Rpviscoby Demo,What you are seeing is a very common issue with the latest iOS update. It is a bug in the update that is giving you that message. I don't think that the advice that is posted above is going to help.
