Iphone6 Safari freeze

LAst night I upgraded the software to iOS 9.3 but since then searching anything in Safari is impossible. It is ok if I want to go to a website but to do a search for answers I cannot open any links of the suggested links. I have an iPad mini which is currently on iOS 9.2.1 and not getting the same issue.

Take a look at this Apple Support article:

Reset your network settings.

Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings

Reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
Press and hold on the Home button
Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.

Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings
