I cannot turn my iPhone on so I want to add my phone number to messages on my laptop, how do I make this possible?

Hi,

You can only do it by Adding the Apple ID to the iPhone in Messages.

This triggers a Pop up on the Mac that you accept and the Number is added to the Receive At list

At the moment you are stuck.
