Q: Cannot get TV monitors to work with Mac Pro 2013

I have bought Mac Pro 2013 El-Capitan and wanted two larger screens at 32" but after connecting with thunderbolt/mini display with port 1 and port2 to HDMi leads on tv's I only get a no signal message on screens, thanks in advance to anyone who can help
