Xserve Raid connected to a Windows Server 2003

We have xserve raid connected to a Windows 2003 Server. We just recently purchased a new Windows 2003 server to replace the existing server. How do we move the Xserve Raid from the existing server to the new server without losing the Windows shares?

You can simply move the fiber channel cables from the old server to the new - providing the server is appropriately patched, the XServe RAID volumes should just come up.

However, share point data (a list of directories to share) are stored in the servers configuration files, not on the RAID. I have no idea how to extract that data out of Windows.
