About the only thing you might be able to do is to get a cloud based app that is on both android and iOS, such as One Drive (think they have an android app) and then you can use it to access documents from both devices (upload photos from your iPad and see them on your phone and vice versa for example)
but your phone and your iPad literally speak two different languages.
