From what you say, it could either be a RAM or a EFI (firmware) one. You can repair a RAM issue by replacing the defective slot, but a damaged EFI is a much worse issue. Take the Mac to an Apple Store or reseller.

The Apple Store solution will be a very expensive solution, so I have to see, how far I can go myself.

I have the newest EFI versions. If the EFI is corrupted, should I update the firmware (EFI and SMC) from Apple again?
How did the EFI get corrupted?

It says that newer computers automatically recover from a corrupted ROM.
