Translation: 'It is impossible to create a podcast. When you try to send a channel displays the following error:

Unable to send a channel, since it has already been sent earlier.'

You cannot submit a feed more than once. If you have already submitted a feed and received an acknowledgement email you just have to wait for the acceptance email. If you have had a feed removed or rejected and are trying to re-submit it you will need to change the title slightly to get round this.

If you already have a podcast in the Store and want to add a new episode to it, you don't need to resubmit - just add the episode to the feed and re-publish it. It will appear pretty well immediately for subscribers: the Store will usually take a couple of days or so to update.

I'm afraid I can't make any sense of the picture as it's in Russian. What is the URL of your feed (I know it's in the image but please post the actual URL)? Have you actually submitted it before? If so, why are you trying to submit it again?

As you have submitted it once you don't need to submit it again - as you have found, you can't. Simply make any changes you want to and re-upload (re-publish) the feed.

However there is a problem with your media (MP3) file which you should fix (this doesn't affect the feed). When you enter the URL of your media file in a browser it downloads instead of playing within the browser as it should. This means that although it works in the iTunes application, the Store can't play it within its own page.
