9.3 update ***** - no safari links work

I Accidentally updated to iOS 9.3. (I clicked install later,rather than remind me later) and when waking up this morning I find that no safari links work. i tried loading up chrome and the problem exists over there as well. Links in messages or email, you guessed it. Don't work either. Makes havilong a smart phone a lot less smart. When is apple going to fix this problem? Or is there a fix for it? Right now and surfing I do on the web is done on my Samsung device. Not as handy as being able to do it on my phone, but at least they get things right.

Hi! It's a common issue and there's currently no permanent fix.

Try disabling JavaScript under Settings - Safari - Advanced.

Keep patience, I believe soon Apple will figure the things out.

iOS 9.3.1 was recently released. Performing this update should resolve this situation.
