Can't sideload apps

Hi.

I'm desperately trying to sideload an app on my iPhone. But I wasn't successful so far. It says no code signing identities found. I have logged into my Xcode. Every time I try to wrong at all my phone, it comes up with this message:

User uploaded file

When I click "Fix Issue" and add my account (again) it never loads the section bellow so I never see my "team" on list of teams

User uploaded file

What could possibly be wrong?

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.4)

Check Keychain Access for any expired/invalid certs from Apple....if so:

There is a support page here, complete with a new cert (expires 2023) download link:

https://developer.apple.com/support/certificates/expiration/

Download, then double click to install to your keychain.

Run Keychain Access to confirm and be sure to delete expired certs (in some cases delete first) while you're in there.
