I have use this ap recording several speaking exams and just realised that recordings over 5 minutes coudl not be exported ans I needed an upgrade. I paid for the quick voice pro but it I can't access my previous files. How come the recordings do not stop at 5 minutes or a reminder is given. If I can't export my files with the upgrade I don't need it at all.
