I Installed iOS 9.3 on my 6 month old iphone 6 yesterday and now feel like throwing my handset against the wall !!
When end using Safari the apps freeze as does the handset - it's very annoying & ultra frustrating .
any ideas if a bug fix is on its way ?

User troubleshooting consists of restart, reset, restore from backup, restore to factory, testing after each step. Make sure you have a current backup and all content is synced as necessary.
