How do I see a list of my own posts and delete them?

You don't.

You can click on your name and profile and see your activity, but you cannot delete your own posts (behind a short window just after you make a post you can edit it....you can't remove the post as a whole but you can edit out the text and leave a dot or single letter)

I have notified the hosts that you would like that thread removed. You may want to change your password.
