I updated my iPhone 6+this past Friday to iOS 9.3 and sine then it hasn't performed right since. My wallpaper doesn't look right and safari, firefox and the chrome browsers do not work properly. I can type something the search field but then If I tap a link nothing will happen. Does Apple know about this problem? Will their be an update for this or what?
