I cant download my software update 9.3 it said that i couldnt coes their was no internet connection but i do... i tried turning my wifi off and on a couple of times and it dosnt work... i plugged it on my laptop and still dosnt want to...

Try to plug in your USB to your device and plug it in the computer and when iTunes opens, click your device and click check for update. I had the same issue as you, but today I did that and it worked finall. Hope this helps. 🙂
I Think they fixed it for the iTunes to update your device because I tried to do it on my computer a couple of days ago and it didnt work then but then I tried it today and it worked.
