Apple store links not working with Safari 9.1.

I've had this problem going on with Safari for some time now. When I access the Apple Store website i must turn off javascript to get links on one page to work and then turn it back on to get links in the next page to work. This seems to go back and forth from page to page, very frustrating. Firefox seems to work fine. Anyone have any ideas?
