Q: 03/20/16 my iphone was stolen the police is involed the same time as well i had ipad stolen in feb then the find it is not able to track ity what is wrong

I having trouble to location to the phone and the I pad touch the items were stolen on 02-18-16 and the phone 03-20-16 then police are involved sand such then plus to I need to track it down this is the third iphojne 6 s plus that's  to be replaced the tracking is still not avable and plus too what to do

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.2.1
