There is presently no way to physically locate a lost Apple Watch (in a similar way to how Find My iPhone may be used to locate a misplaced iPhone).
Unlike some other Apple devices, the watch does not have built-in GPS capabilities.
If your watch has Activation Lock enabled, consider using Mark as Missing in the Watch app on your iPhone (this removes cards from Apple Pay and prevents anyone else from pairing the watch to their iPhone):

- On your iPhone, go to: Settings > Bluetooth - check whether your watch is shown as Connected or Not Connected.
- If this states Connected, your watch is presently connected to your iPhone via Bluetooth, so is within around 33 feet / 10 meters of your iPhone (the actual range varies in practice due to wireless interference).

- Reduce the general noise level around you to a minimum (turn off music, TVs, etc);
- On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > General > Accessibility > tap on VoiceOver;
- Set the VoiceOver volume slider to the far right / maximum volume;
- Turn on Speak Hints;
- Turn VoiceOver on and then listen very carefully for your watch saying "VoiceOver on <and the time>";
- Turn VoiceOver off again and listen carefully again, this time for "VoiceOver off".
- This process should work even if your watch is locked.
