Q: Newly purchased movies not showing up Video app

Check in again after you download the movie and let me/us know what happens.

I just want to say that I am currently experiencing this issue too and I also have an iPad Pro 9.7"; one thing to note is that I'm running the iOS 10 public beta.

They also don't show up on my iPhone 6 running iOS 10. I just want to add though that I don't think iOS 10 is the issue here

This happens to me but on my Iphone 6 +.  Movies purchased on iTunes don't show up in the video for a long time unless you download it. 

I have the exact same problem. Here's the fix: Go to settings --> iTunes & App Store --> select your Apple ID and sign out. Then sign in again with your apple ID. You'll now be able to see your newly purchased stuff in the videos app. Hope this helped.
