Updated my software to iOS 9.3 am I the only one experiencing these issues?? Apple should really fix this ASAP

So I couldn't wait to see what the new Apple products and the software features would consist of.. Night shift is great could have put more features for it.. Other than that Im experiencing some issues sense I updated the software and I'm not the only one either.. Hope Apple fixes the issue fast
