Install windows 8.1 on a macbook aluminium unibody late 2008?

Is there a way to install windows 8.1 on a macbook aluminium unibody late 2008?😢

I'm running mac osx mavericks with bootcamp 5.1.0 (473), it only shows 'instal Windows 7' when I insert a windows 8.1 installer disc, a message popped telling me that my macbook doesn't support windows 8 😟...But I don't know why others have been able to run windows 8.1 on their bootcamp thought they also have a old version of mac same as mine..Hope someone would help me..thanks!

MacBook, OS X Mavericks (10.9)

Hey mac-koy,
With your current configuration, you would only be able to install Windows 7 using Bootcamp. The only MacBook that is currently supports Windows 8.1 is the MacBook (Retina, 12-inch, Early 2015). Take a look at the articles below for more information on this.
Use Windows 8.1 on your Mac with Boot Camp

Install Windows 7 and earlier on your Mac using Boot Camp

Take it easy
