Q: One website refresh itself every 10 to 15 seconds. Using Chrome doesn't refresh itself.

Why Safari refresh only one website every 10 to 15 seconds. On Chrome on the same website it doesn't refresh at all. How can I stop this?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)
